Education and specialization

Jacob Sand Christensen has received his education as psychologist from Copenhagen University in 984. He was licensed as psychologist by the National Health Authorities in 1999 and has been approved as a Specialist and Supervisor in organizational psychology by the Danish Psychological Association 2004.

He has completed training as an Aviation Psychologist in the Royal Danish Airforce. He has received education at INSEAD, undergone TQM training programs and completed a 3-year psychotherapy training program in ISTDP.

Current and previous employment

Jacob Sand Christensen started his career in the Royal Danish Airforce as an Aviation Psychologist. Later he became Partner in one of the biggest Danish Consulting companies followed by line positions with his last position as member of corporate executive management in a leading global service company with head office in Zürich. His main responsibilities has been within business plans, strategy processes, effectiveness and cost-cutting programs, organizational and team development, management assessment, coaching and psychotherapy.

He has lived and worked in Switzerland several years. He has throughout his career been working on both a strategic and operational level in Scandinavian, North-and South America. He has worked on assignments in Asia for app. 2½ year.

Jacob Sand Christensen founded in 1997. He is also founder and partner of the companies a high-level consulting company providing board evaluations and, a Clinic for Dynamic Psychotherapy in Copenhagen
