I build my services on a combination of business experience, organizational psychology, and clinical psychological insight. We take a holistic view of complex challenges, identifying both visible and underlying organizational and individual drivers. This enables us to unlock potential, address organizational issues, and transform ineffective personal dynamics.<\/p>\n

How I meet each individual<\/h2>\n

In every person I have met, I have seen a unique potential and a deep, natural drive to survive, heal, and grow. I am continually moved by what people go through in life \u2014 and how, despite it all, they find ways to keep going, becoming resilient, strong, caring, and independent in their own way.<\/p>\n

My purpose is to help each person access their potential so that it is possible to get through life with all that life brings and, at the same time, have fun along the way.I have a special focus on helping you understand and gently work through the inner harmful patterns and psychological problems that may be holding you back, always at a pace that feels right for you.<\/p>\n

Throughout my career, I have worked with, been leading, provided therapy fore and advised many different people from many different walks of life; gender, age, culture, continents, countries, industries, educational backgrounds, career paths, family structures, social hierarchical positions, religion and life experiences. Each person has shaped my perspective and deepened my respect for the complexity and beauty of being human.<\/p>\n
